OneSpartanburg, Office Renovation

The Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce has transformed its 11,500 SF facility into a modern, dynamic workspace that reflects the vibrant community it serves. The renovation aimed to create an open and welcoming environment for staff, members, and visitors while enhancing functionality and collaboration.

To ensure the design met the Chamber’s needs, McMillan Pazdan Smith conducted surveys, interviews, presentations, and staff tours throughout the process. Stakeholder input directly influenced key design decisions, resulting in a space tailored to support the Chamber’s mission.

The renovated OneSpartanburg Chamber of Commerce office features:

• A spacious, welcoming entrance with a monumental staircase
• A variety of collaboration spaces, meeting areas, private offices, and a break area
• Modern furniture, workstations, and high-end finishes
• A new storefront window system allowing ample natural light to flow throughout the building
• An outdoor seating area and courtyard for employees and visitors

By integrating these elements, the Chamber’s renovated space fosters connectivity, efficiency, and engagement while maintaining a professional and inviting atmosphere.
