Village Market East

Village Market East is a mixed-use development featuring commercial retail and professional office space, along with several other surrounding residential and recreational pursuits. Approximately 22 acres were developed into nearly 60,000 SF of retail and 40,000 SF of office space to bring new and unique shopping experiences to the Five Forks area, in the unincorporated section of Simpsonville, SC. The cornerstone grocery tenant is Lowes Foods. Two, 1.25-acre out-parcels originally remained undeveloped for future use, later developed into the Greenville County Library System, Five Forks Branch, and a 3-acre outparcel was designated for a medical building. The Village Market opened Summer of 2017.
