Wayfair Call Center in General Time

Located in the mixed-use General Time Development of Athens, GA, our team provided services for a 45,000-square-foot interior upfit of existing warehouse space into a new corporate call center for Wayfair. The office supports their customer service team with approximately 528 workstations, breakout spaces, and open shared space. We collaborated with Wayfair to apply unique office branding based on their corporate guidelines, as well as color themes and artwork specific to the Athens area.

The spacious floor plan features private offices along the second floor mezzanine with open concept for workstations below. The call center also includes a large employee break room, offices and breakout spaces encased in glass, and phone booth conference rooms for private conversations.
