In 2016, McMillan Pazdan Smith was commissioned to design the exterior envelope of a new Aspen Dental and Chicken Salad Chick. Located at 429 Washington Road in Evans, Georgia, the site occupies a high-traffic area along a prominent road, adjacent to a WalMart.
After designing the shell, our team coordinated the interior upfits with each franchisee individually. To satisfy unique local zoning ordinances requiring a covered area physically connected to the building, the team creatively added a pergola over the outdoor seating for Chicken Salad Chick.
The 6,500 total SF retail project was completed at the end of 2017.
