Cottage-Inspired Architecture

The cottage-inspired design of The Dunlin features lap siding and board-and-batten siding, pitched roofs, and shutter-clad windows. Extensive open-air and screened porches offer shaded outdoor living spaces with Lowcountry breezes and views.

Included in the development are multiple event spaces. Varying in size, the largest is Shippon, a 6,000 SF heavy-timber, cedar-clad barn, with a connected bridal cottage. Shippon opens onto the 5,000 SF event lawn which features a fireplace lounge and stunning sunset views of the river.
