Sage Automotive Interiors

Sage Automotive Interiors, a global leader in manufacturing automotive bodycloth, commissioned McMillan Pazdan Smith to plan and upfit their corporate headquarters in Greenville, SC. Located within Clemson University’s ICAR Campus, the client desired a high-tech image for their international customers.

The building earned LEED Gold Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council by including low flow plumbing fixtures and a high-performance energy envelop that incorporated efficient lighting. Our team also incorporated recycled materials and attempted to divert all construction waste when possible.

Using nearly 17,000 SF, Sage Automotive Interiors occupies approximately one-third of the building. An open, fluid floor plan optimizes space and encourages collaboration and teamwork, and a raised floor system allows for flexibility and comfort.
