Rôtie By Stella’s

Located at Bridgeway Station in Mauldin, SC, Rôtie By Stella’s is our second collaboration with the Stella’s restaurant group. McMillan Pazdan Smith also worked with the developer to design portions of Bridgeway Station, a new town center development that includes 40 acres of shops and restaurants, outdoor space, office space, entertainment, and apartments. The town center is also connected to Greenville’s Swamp Rabbit Trail and ties into a pedestrian bridge for accessibility to surrounding neighborhoods.

Rôtie By Stella’s interior is inspired by the theme: classic French Rotisserie meets the American South. Indoor seating in the dining room and outdoor seating under a covered breezeway create a cozy yet modern vibe. The design is perfect for large groups or intimate dining. The overarching design goal was to create different viewpoints for each section of the restaurant. By doing so, each dining area gives guests a unique experience despite the smaller size.
