A new 4,500 SF birthing center formerly designed for Greenville Health System (now Prisma Health) served as an outpatient center for newborn deliveries by Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM). An upfit and renovation within an existing medical office building, the Birthing Center includes a family waiting and dining area and three large birthing suites with private bath, birthing tub, and seating area. Ancillary spaces include a yoga / education room, administrative area, storage room, and laundry spaces. Natural finishes, calming colors, and comfortable spa-like furnishings create a residential atmosphere that will also withstand the wear and tear of institutional use.

Facility move-in was February of 2015. The center closed in 2020 during the pandemic.
