Pinewood Preparatory School’s athletic program has long been a source of school spirit and pride. But until recently, the private school lacked the facilities to match its ambition. The new two-story athletic center changes that. Replacing a small, outdated storage structure, the athletic building provides modern training spaces for student-athletes and a venue for events.

Pinewood Prep Supports Training, Wellness, and School Spirit in One Facility

Located at a prominent roundabout on a busy street, the athletic center proudly displays Pinewood’s colors and logo, creating a strong visual identity and inviting the broader community to engage with the school. On game days, student-athletes run through branded double doors that open directly onto the field, energizing spectators and reinforcing tradition.

The facility’s concessions stand serves fans below on game day while the second floor transforms the athletic center into a valuable revenue generator; a large multipurpose room with wide windows overlooking the field, a catering kitchen, and an outdoor balcony hosts athletic club members and stakeholders for game-day events. These premium-viewing experiences strengthen donor engagement and encourage ongoing financial support for the school’s programs.

Inside, a weight room supports student-athlete training and opens to an outdoor workout area through bay doors. Two team-branded locker rooms promote school spirit and wellness, and a training room round out the facility’s functional design.
