Perma USA’s new North American headquarters is a state-of-the-art facility reflecting its commitment to expanding U.S. operations and strengthening relationships across Canada and Latin America.

Perma Headquarters Features Sustainable Design + Employee-Centric Amenities

The headquarters encompasses a 30,000 SF production and distribution area, complemented by 13,000 SF of modern office and administrative space. The building’s design emphasizes natural light, openness, and efficiency. The façade features an angled soffit and recessed, large storefront windows, reducing thermal heat gain in the summer while maximizing daylight throughout the day.

Inside, large glass partitions continue this emphasis on transparency, ensuring that natural light reaches every workspace. The open office layout incorporates contemporary elements such as exposed ceiling structures, resilient surfaces, and carpeted workstations. A large communicating stair connects the two office floors, enhancing accessibility and interaction.

The first-floor welcomes visitors with a secure lobby featuring a video board showcasing Perma’s products. A flexible breakroom and training area, equipped with a partition wall, accommodates both daily use and large gatherings. An adjacent outdoor patio provides employees with a comfortable space to relax during breaks. On the second floor, a spacious public lounge and coffee bar foster collaboration, while a large meeting room overlooking the production space supports supervision and educational discussions.
