Norafin Industries established its first North American manufacturing facility in Mills River, North Carolina, to support growth in high-performance nonwoven textiles across multiple industries. The 74,300 SF facility balances manufacturing, storage, and office space to support efficient operations and rapid market entry.

Manufacturing facility designed for flexible production, efficient startup, and future growth

The building includes 45,000 SF of manufacturing space, 23,000 SF of storage, and 6,500 SF of office and support areas. The layout reduces movement between production and storage while allowing flexibility for evolving processes.

Insulated metal panels provide a durable envelope with efficient installation and thermal performance. Natural light enters the production space through large windows and skylights, improving visibility and the work environment. The Norafin Industries facility is planned for future expansion to the north, allowing production and storage areas to grow with demand.
