Nexton Square

McMillan Pazdan Smith worked closely with developer RealtyLink Commercial to realize their vision of a brand new 140,000 SF retail town center on a 17-acre site. The single-story commercial building offers easy access to the rapidly growing premier master planned community and the surrounding Summerville, South Carolina region. The vision for Nexton Square was to be a walkable, vibrant, urban experience that improves the quality of life for people in and around the community. Nexton Square is meant to attract retail and restaurant sales while providing accessible, public spaces as a valuable, inviting amenity for residents.

Nexton Square serves as a hub for the community, which features a diverse mix of apartments and new homes in several highly amenitized neighborhoods — all connected by miles of walking and biking trails. Nexton is also a growing job center with employers including SCRA, Volvo, and Palmetto Primary Care attracting employees to support the shopping and dining options just steps away from their offices.
