Mosack Group, Logistics + Manufacturing Warehouse
To support growing demand for plumbing products and potable water solutions, Mosack Group developed a 131,974 SF facility that combines distribution and manufacturing. The building stores pipe fittings, PEX tubing, tools, and related materials, while also supporting an on-site manufacturing line for PEX fittings.
Warehouse and manufacturing facility supports efficient integrated distribution and production
The first floor includes a 106,600 SF warehouse and a 16,076 SF manufacturing area, positioned to allow materials to move efficiently between storage, production, and shipping. A 3,343 SF office provides space for daily operations, while a 5,955 SF mezzanine level overlooks the warehouse and supports administrative functions.
The Mosack Group facility layout aligns warehouse storage, production, and loading areas to reduce travel distance and keep materials moving efficiently. Ten dock doors and a drive-in door support shipping and receiving, while future knockout panels allow additional dock capacity as operations grow.
Tilt-up construction, 50-foot by 50-foot bay spacing, and a 32-foot clear height provide a flexible, durable framework for storage and equipment. The facility is designed to support current operations while allowing for future expansion and evolving production needs.
