Leidos Dynetics Solutions Complex
Dynetics, an engineering and technology company supporting aerospace, defense, and cyber programs, expanded its capabilities to bring together research, development, testing, and low-rate production within a secure environment. The complex includes specialized laboratories, satellite integration, classified work and collaboration areas for engineering teams, government partners, and production staff.
Integrated Spaces for Aerospace Development and Classified Defense Programs
Located in Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park, the 226,500 SF facility supports the full lifecycle of advanced aerospace system development from prototype design and hardware integration to testing and small-scale production. Approximately 110,000 SF of prototype development and production space houses laboratories, work bays, and specialized areas for testing, calibration, tools management, and systems integration.
Laboratories and work bays meet collateral security standards, while select areas operate as SCIFs to support classified programs. The complex also includes an ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) clean room for satellite integration. The clean room is equipped with an overhead rail crane and a large vacuum chamber that simulates space conditions.
Specialized laboratories support environmental testing, printed circuit board assembly, and instrumentation development. A large bay also accommodates the company’s telemetry and instrumentation ground receiver station vehicle used in aerospace testing and mission support.
