Le Creuset, a global leader in cookware, bakeware, and kitchen tools, expanded its footprint in Hampton County, South Carolina with a new 300,000 SF North American headquarters and distribution facility. Located on a 62-acre site, the build-to-suit campus consolidates U.S. distribution and administrative operations into one efficient, future-ready location strengthening the company’s presence as one of Hampton County’s largest employers and adding 30 new jobs.
Built for Operational Efficiency + Long-Term Flexibility
The facility integrates distribution, cross-dock logistics, and administrative functions into a cohesive campus designed to support growth. The warehouse includes advanced conveying systems, racking, and pack stations, with interior glass that allows office staff to maintain visual connection to operations.
Le Creuset’s Brand Identity Incorporated into an Industrial Environment
The concrete tilt-up facility reflects Le Creuset’s distinctive brand throughout the campus. Design elements incorporate custom finishes, polished concrete floors, open ceilings, and bold color accents inspired by the company’s iconic flame-orange cookware.
Approximately 22,000 SF of two-story office space accommodates executive offices, call centers, and administrative departments. A large indoor/outdoor café with patio and grill, walking trails, locker rooms, and collaborative gathering areas support employee wellbeing and engagement. Access-controlled circulation, abundant natural light, and carefully integrated amenities enhance both experience and performance.
