Jones Oyster Co.

Table 301, a longstanding client of McMillan Pazdan Smith, approached us to renovate the former Soby’s on the Side (our previous collaboration) to create Jones Oyster Co. We worked with them to provide an inviting space that feels familiar with rustic and natural, nautical elements that play on the variety of seafood offered. With just 45 seats, the cozy restaurant is walk-in only (no reservations) nestled in downtown Greenville, just off Main Street.

In addition to the coastal vibe, the restaurant pays homage to The Jones Furniture Company, which historically once occupied this building in the 1900s.
