Eberspaecher selected an existing 277,000 SF warehouse in Spartanburg County, SC to support regional expansion and position operations closer to a major client. The project focused on converting the facility into an operational manufacturing plant, allowing production to begin on an accelerated timeline.

Upgrading infrastructure to support automotive manufacturing operations

The renovation significantly expanded employee support and administrative areas, bringing existing spaces up to code. Restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and meeting spaces were also added. On the manufacturing floor, new shipping docks, levelers, and drive-in ramps improved the logistics and throughput by supporting efficient material movement.

Upgrades to the existing structure included polishing the concrete slab to meet production requirements and installing new LED lighting. The renovation modernized interior finishes throughout, creating a functional and efficient work environment.

Fast-track delivery to meet operational deadlines

Delivered through a design-build approach, the project prioritized speed to production while maintaining quality and performance. The team completed the renovation in six months, one month ahead of an already aggressive schedule, allowing Eberspaecher to begin operations on time.
