Culver’s Restaurant

Culver’s Restaurant originated in 1984 in Sauk City, Wisconsin and has grown to nearly 1,000 locations in 26 states. The brand is famous for its Butterburgers, Frozen Custard, and family friendly atmosphere. The McMillan Pazdan Smith restaurant team helped with their Upstate rollout by providing architectural design and construction documents specific to each location in South Carolina. Approximate size for each new restaurant is 3,250 SF including drive-throughs and surrounding parking in collaboration with Matrix Construction.
