Affordable Housing Designed to Connect Residents to Charleston’s Lowline and Surrounding Community
Designed to support both residents and the broader community, the project will be adjacent to the future Lowline corridor, providing access to one of Charleston’s most anticipated public spaces. Shared amenities and residential support spaces are concentrated at the ground level and oriented toward a central plaza, helping activate the site and create a welcoming street presence.
Amenities include on-site management and leasing offices, a clubhouse with a large community room, business center, and kitchenette, a 24-hour laundry center, a fitness center, and monitored security systems. Together, these features reinforce Lowline’s goal of delivering safe, accessible, and thoughtfully designed affordable housing in the heart of Charleston.
