Canal Insurance Company, a leading commercial truck insurer, relocated its corporate headquarters to downtown Greenville, South Carolina. This move addressed their need for a contemporary workspace in a post-COVID environment.

Designing a Bright and Collaborative Environment

Canal’s previous office space lacked natural lighting, welcoming spaces, and updated finishes. The new 65,000 SF, five-story office includes expansive windows for plenty of natural light. Meeting rooms and gathering spaces are strategically distributed across each floor to foster collaboration among employees. The interior design features modern craftsman-style wood trim, 8-foot shaker doors, and a variety of flooring materials, including wood plank, patterned luxury vinyl tile, mosaic tiles, and contemporary carpets in diverse colors. These carefully selected finishes create a bright, contemporary, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
