Burroughs Elijah Attorneys

In collaboration with Allen-Batchelor Construction, McMillan Pazdan Smith designed a 6,000 SF office for Burroughs Elijah, located in Martinez, Georgia. The wood-framed building features a façade of architectural stone, brick, and fiber cement siding, complemented by an asphalt shingle roof.

The interior includes conference rooms, private offices for managers, and a spacious bullpen accommodating up to 12 individuals. Additional amenities comprise a huddle area and a break room. Design elements such as modern craftsman-style wood trim, 8-foot shaker doors, vinyl wall coverings, and a mix of wood plank and patterned luxury vinyl tile flooring, mosaic tiles, and contemporary carpets in various colors contribute to a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Utilizing a design-build approach, the project team streamlined the design schedule, resulting in time and cost savings for the client while delivering a high-end office environment.
