Berrang, North American Headquarters

Berrang relocated its North American headquarters to Spartanburg, South Carolina. The new 50,000 SF facility brings together warehouse, distribution, and product testing operations for a centralized, efficient environment.

An additional 11,300 SF of office space includes a dedicated testing lab where fasteners are evaluated for compatibility with client specifications. This integration of testing and distribution streamlines operations and supports quality control throughout the supply chain. The integrated layout supports faster evaluation and distribution of products, helping meet the demands of automotive manufacturing schedules.

Natural light extends throughout the building, from perimeter offices into interior spaces such as conference rooms and break areas. Skylights and windows bring daylight into the warehouse, improving visibility and creating a more comfortable work environment.

The building is planned for expansion with knockout panels allowing for a 30,000 SF warehouse addition. Structural provisions above the office area also support a future second level, doubling administrative space as the company grows.
