Berkshire Hathaway Home Services

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services hired our design team for the new construction of their 14,300-square-foot, two-story building in Evans, Georgia. The overarching design intent was to create a distinctive, modern building that would promote the client’s high-end, luxury brand and provide unique appeal within the site context and surrounding community. The building features quality finishes, combining a variety of materials for visual interest in a simplified and refined way. The contemporary space includes an expansive, open lobby and reception area with abundant daylighting, modern light fixtures, and an inviting WE(L) COME HOME sign created as a gold floor inlay.

The open floor plan also features a comfortable, social lounge for employees, several private meeting rooms, a large event / training space, and very spacious and light-filled, surrounding office space. Fabrics and textured finishes were chosen in keeping with the rich and warm color palette centered around their primary brand color, “Cabernet.”

“We engaged Joe’s team for this project because we wanted an iconic building to match our brand. It has become the statement piece for Columbia County,” said Stephen Beazley, President of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
