Baxter Enterprises, Manufacturing and Distribution

Baxter Enterprises and Hi-Tech Mold and Engineering expanded into Oconee County, SC to support clients across South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. The new facility brings manufacturing and tooling services under one roof. This integrated approach centralizes production, maintenance, and repair of injection-molded automotive components on-site, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.

High-capacity production supported by in-house tooling

The facility supports more than 25 injection molding machines, ranging from 85 to 3,500 tons, allowing for a wide range of production needs and part sizes. Overhead bridge cranes, including 50-ton and 25-ton hoists in the molding bays and a combination crane in the Hi-Tech shop enable efficient material handling, equipment changes, and maintenance operations. A dedicated tooling area includes space for mold repair, CNC machining, laser welding, and testing.

Designed for expansion and long-term performance

The 80,000 SF first phase includes a 7,900 SF office and a 17,500 SF tooling and service area. Constructed with a steel frame and insulated metal wall panels, the building provides a durable and cost-effective solution tailored to industrial operations.

The site and building are planned for future growth, with manufacturing space expandable up to 200,000 SF and office areas up to 16,000 SF. This phased approach allows the operation to scale over time while maintaining efficient workflows and minimizing disruption.
