Barton College hired McMillan Pazdan Smith to administer all design and engineering services to repurpose the former maintenance and operation building into a one-story strength and conditioning training facility on campus. Our team provided an interior renovation to the facility and worked with Sorinex (a leading innovator in American-made exercise equipment) to locate equipment and appropriate flooring for the new weight room. Interior finishes included new rubber flooring, synthetic turf flooring, new paint, vinyl wall graphics, lighting, and a new HVAC system incorporated into this 6,000 SF facility. To match the overall branding of the college, we also incorporated graphics and custom flooring featuring the Barton College logos.
