AnMed Health, Windsor Place MOB
AnMed Health Windsor Place transforms a declining shopping center into an 82,000 SF outpatient healthcare destination. The adaptive reuse project expands access to specialty care while giving a prominent commercial property a valuable new purpose.
The 9.5-acre site sits between existing AnMed facilities and near active retail. Redeveloping the property allows AnMed to use existing infrastructure while investing in a more accessible, patient-centered care environment. The project also brings renewed activity to an underused site and supports the surrounding commercial corridor.
Bringing Growing Outpatient Services Together
The medical office building consolidates several of AnMed’s fastest-growing service lines in one coordinated location. Services include orthopedics and sports medicine, ENT, integrated therapy and occupational medicine.
An advanced imaging center supports convenient diagnosis and treatment within the same facility. Its technology includes CT, ultrasound, X-ray and a 3-tesla MRI.
Simplifying the Patient and Staff Experience
The facility’s three levels organize complementary services around patient needs and clinical workflows. High-volume orthopedics, imaging, rehabilitation and specialty clinics each occupy carefully planned areas within the building.
Clear wayfinding helps patients navigate appointments more easily. Defined public and clinical zones provide greater privacy, while efficient staff circulation supports coordinated care behind the scenes.
Adapting to Future Healthcare Needs
Modular planning and adaptable clinic spaces allow AnMed to adjust the facility as services and community needs change. Robust building systems also support specialized healthcare requirements, including imaging shielding and enhanced mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
These technical systems integrate into a light-filled environment designed to support patient comfort, dignity and confidence.
Extending Healthcare Access Through Adaptive Reuse
AnMed Windsor Place demonstrates how healthcare redevelopment can benefit both patients and the surrounding community. Converting an underused retail property into a modern outpatient destination expands access to care, supports AnMed’s continued growth and contributes to the corridor’s revitalization.
