111 Moreland is a workforce and affordable housing development located in a growing neighborhood in East Atlanta. The project supports the area’s evolving live-work-play environment while providing much-needed, highly affordable housing options close to jobs, transit, and neighborhood amenities.
Workforce Housing Designed for Urban Living in East Atlanta
The 22,000-square-foot, 19-unit, multifamily building includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences across four floor plans. Unit types include one, one-bedroom option and three, two-bedroom configurations, each designed to balance comfort, efficiency, and livability. Private balconies for every unit strengthen the connection street access and enhance the residential experience.
The building’s exterior uses a combination of taupe brick, Hardie board siding, and stucco to create visual interest and a strong presence along Moreland Avenue. Shared amenities include a resident club room with kitchenette, on-site parking for up to 20 vehicles, and a rooftop deck with seating and bar-top counters oriented toward Atlanta’s skyline.
