Stueken, a recognized global leader in the manufacture and supply of precision, deep drawn components, utilized McMillan Pazdan Smith to design and construct one of their four world-wide production facilities, the only one in the United States.  The 32,000SF facility houses Stueken’s world-class, in-house tool shop to manufacture small metal components with diverse applications in the household goods market as well as the computer, telecommunications and automotive industries.

The building’s exterior is constructed of precast concrete panels with stucco and glass accents and a cantilevered, exposed steel canopy to accentuate the entrance and reflect the company values of creativity, innovation, a pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial vision.  McMillan Pazdan Smith and the design-build team have returned twice to design additions to accommodate growing administrative and storage needs.
