Integrally involved from the project’s inception, McMillan Pazdan Smith solved complicated site issues such as wetlands and stream relocation while adhering to stringent architectural covenants concerning building massing, orientation and detailing.
A 54,000 SF Publix anchors the center, while 23,200 SF of space provides tenant suites suitable for restaurants, retail and other services. The aesthetic focuses on creating a pedestrian friendly experience with site furniture and lower-scale lighting throughout the 12.8 acre site. The building’s hipped and barrel vault roofs, eave detailing and fenestration create buildings that address interior parking and the pedestrian way along the major highways.
