Adaptive Reuse Planned for Historic Borden Ice Cream Plant in Unity Park

Aug 19, 2021 | Press, Projects

Thanks to our friends at the Furman Co. Insurance Agency, the historic Borden Ice Cream Plant in Greenville will soon see new life! As architects who are passionate about adaptive reuse of historic spaces, we’re excited to be working with MacRostie Historic Advisors to design the building for a planned, mixed-use development.

This updated space will be one of the first office / commercial developments in the conveniently located Unity Park District. Working to create safe and healthy work environments, the design will feature plenty of natural light and purified air, in addition to multiple outdoor spaces for work and play. Keep an eye out for more updates as this project progresses!
