Our design team had the great opportunity to work alongside Greenville Tech Foundation, Greenville Technical College, and Trehel Corporation to deliver a state-of-the-art culinary training facility for the College — the Truist Center for Culinary and Hospitality Innovation (CHI). Integral to the design and program was renowned Chef Alan Scheidhauer, Chef and Director of Operations for CHI. Alan helped develop the curriculum which helped inform the design and program of the facility. The building includes classrooms, industrial kitchen, studio kitchen, a server training lab, among other educational and support spaces.
