Huntsville City Schools officially breaks ground on a new, transformative, and shared campus at the existing Chapman Middle School site (Reuben Drive) in Huntsville, Alabama. Designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith, along with TCU Consulting Services and Lee Builders, this $70 million project marks a major milestone in the district’s 10‑year, $600 million capital improvement plan. This shared campus sets a new standard for 21st-century learning environments.
Superintendent Clarence Sutton highlighted the project’s significance, “Huntsville is the place where dreams become reality… it’s a rare thing to find this type of support for public education.”
