Table 301 Southern Pressed Juicery

Designed to focus on a healthy foods lifestyle, this juice bar concept is driven by the overall experience of the brand.  McMillan Pazdan Smith was part of the initial team that developed brand implementation throughout the architectural design, including interior finishes and graphics. Every element of design ties the space back to the brand’s emphasis on clean, healthy living.

The primary focal point of the space layout is the large dining area, featuring comfortable seating, a large number of easily accessible electrical and USB outlets, and an area of bar seating. The space is designed to be open and inviting for patrons to sit and converse, work on their laptops, or simply relax. Furniture can be removed to accommodate yoga classes or educational classes on healthy eating and juicing techniques. Additional spaces planned include the kitchen, a retail area, and office/support space.

The material finishes were selected to reflect the natural aspect of the juice bar’s branding, incorporating whitewashed wood walls and polished concrete flooring. Bright, clean colors echo the fresh flavors being served to patrons. Interior graphics not only communicate the brand, but are also an important part of customer education as well.
