Markley Station

An urban renewal project in the historic West End neighborhood of Greenville, SC, Markley Station aims to build on the momentum of the district’s ongoing redevelopment with the help of McMillan Pazdan Smith. The office, retail, and restaurant space will revitalize four vacant buildings, all former dry-storage warehouse property, with parking located both on-site and across the street.

The 43,000 SF space will include 7 suites encompassed within the four buildings. The majority of the project focuses on exterior renovations to the buildings, including all new canopies, metal railings, storefront windows, roofing, openings for doors, as well as upgraded exterior lighting, brick cleaning and masonry-opening restoration.
