Clemson University?s Lee Hall III Expansion Awarded LEED Gold Certification

Clemson University’s Lee Hall III expansion project just received LEED Gold certification, making it the 11th Clemson project to be LEED certified. Designed in partnership between NYC-based Thomas Phifer and Partners and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture of Greenville, this 56,000 square foot expansion is a shining example of the university’s environmental commitment to energy-efficient building.
